The Bean Rock Swim starts from Mission Bay Beach - the heart of Auckland's Eastern Bays

One of the iconic annual open water swim events in Auckland.

This will be the 9th year for The Bean Rock Swim, and marks your chance to swim all the way from Mission Bay out to and around the back of the largest navigational marker in the Waitemata Harbour - the Bean Rock Lighthouse.

Alternatively, if you've got the motivation but not the stamina for the entire course, then why not build your confidence over our Half - the 1600m option. This course goes halfway out to the lighthouse before rounding a large 2XU event buoy before returning back to Mission Bay.
